"The amounts shown in Office Two, Column B (II) ['Bonus & incentive compensation'] for the President & CEO, the Chief Fiscal Officer, the President Biomedical Services, the Principal Operating Officer, the Master Transformation Officer, the Principal Man Resources Officer, the Primary Development Officer, the President Humanitarian Services, and the Chief Marketing Officer were paid based on written variable incentive plans for prior financial year functioning and were approved by the compensation and management evolution committee of the board.

"The amount shown in Part Two, Cavalcade B (Two) for the Analyst V, Investments and Chief Information Officeholder were paid based on a written variable incentive plan for prior fiscal year functioning and were approved by the Chief Fiscal Officer. The corporeality shown in Function II, Column B (Ii) for the President, Training Services was paid based on a written incentive programme for prior fiscal year performance and were canonical by the Chief Operating Officeholder.
